Jan Dils Attorneys at Law is delighted to once again host our Freedom Fun Run 5k in 2024, featuring both in-person and virtual participation options! This wonderful fundraiser is dedicated to supporting and honoring our Veterans, with 100% of proceeds from the event benefiting local Veteran Organizations, such as Operation Transportation, We Have Your Six, and Jan Dils Foundation Scholarship for Veteran Recipients. We are incredibly grateful for everyone who joins us to show unwavering support for our Veterans.
The Freedom Fun Run 5K was born out of the desire to do something special for our community while also having a positive impact on our Veterans. We heard the sacrifices Veterans and their families have made and wanted to do something huge to honor them. Jan Dils Attorneys at Law actively fundraises for Veterans year-round, with this event being our biggest and most exciting one of the year!
Over the past two years, we’ve offered the event both in-person and virtually and witnessed record turnout! Like in previous years, we will again offer both options, with an in person event scheduled for Saturday, June 29th, and a virtual 5K option beginning Saturday, June 22nd and ending on Friday, June 28th, 2024.
The in person run will take place exclusively at 963 Market St, Parkersburg, West Virginia, and begin at 8:00 am on the day of the race. Virtually, the race is open anywhere you want, whether a track, trail, treadmill, or elsewhere!
Every year we have received overwhelmingly positive support and feedback about this race. Last year’s event was incredibly successful, and we look forward to an even bigger and better event this year!
