This race is to honor the legacy and memory of Joshua Sampson. Quick to lend a helping hand or quiet support to family and friends, Josh never expected accolades or recognition. He marveled people with his dry wit and creative problem-solving. Josh enjoyed music of all genres, constantly finding new artists which he eagerly shared. Passionate about education, Josh was a dedicated Cedar Shoals teacher and scheduler, chosen as Teacher of the Year in 2016. Josh’s legacy lives on through the lives he has touched.
