Muscle Movement Fdn. Run For Strength 5k

The MMF Run for Strength 5k is the largest 5k in Delaware that supports the fight against ALS, muscular dystrophy, and additional forms of neuromuscular disease. This event is an inclusive 5k that welcomes participants of all abilities. Hundreds of participants walk, run or utilize an adaptive running chair to dedicate their 3.1 miles to the fight against muscle disease. After our registrants cross the finish line, they will enjoy an after party outside with awards, music, refreshments and more fun! Contributions from this event are utilized to provide assistance - physically, financially and emotionally - to families who are affected by neuromuscular disease in The First State.
