United 5K Run and Walk - Steamboat Days

The 5K is back for Steamboat Days! Join us on September 7th at 9:00 AM for our SECOND Annual Steamboat Days 5K to support kids safety. UPDATE -- Race starts at Ironwood Park - 1803 Ironwood Drive.  You can still park at the Carver Transit station at Jonathan Carver Parkway & Ironwood and walk 2 blocks to the park - look for the signs. 

All proceeds will help fund youth health and safety programs for the local non profit A.C.T. United.  A.C.T. United provides online safety education for kids and teens as well as awareness and resources for families and those who serve youth in our community! Run, walk, get a group and come to Carver for a day of fun for a great cause!

Early bird registration is $35 - register TODAY!  Must register by August 23 to be guaranteed a shirt.  Medals & gift cards for top 3 male & top 3 female runners.  Award ceremony will be before the kids run (approx 10:00).  This is a chipped race by Gopher State Events.

Kids 1K fun run at 10:00 AM for kids 10 and under!  We will also have a 'littles DASH' for those kids that think the 1K is too long.  $15 - must register by August 23rd to be guaranteed a shirt.  Prize bags for first 30 kids registered!

Packet pick-up starting 8:00 AM on race day at new location - Ironwood Park, you can park at the Transit Station and walk two blocks to the park. 

5K starts at 9:00, Kids 1K starts around 10:00 AM or after all of our walkers are back.  It is a SUPER FUN morning - be ready for music & bubbles & cheering!!
